Job Overview

This administrative payroll specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Panorama. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing weekly pay runs, calculating entitlements, tax rates, superannuation, and termination payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pay Run Processing: Calculate and process weekly pay runs using Chris21/iChris, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Entitlements and Benefits: Calculate entitlements, tax rates, superannuation, and termination payments.
  • New Starter Input: Efficiently input new starter information into our payroll system.
  • Award Interpretation: Interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Payroll Queries: Assist and resolve payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative payroll specialist or similar role.
  • Skills: Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
