About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a background in manufacturing and commercial leadership to join our Australian business as a Commercial Manager. You will partner with senior management to lead our Commercial, Finance, Pricing, and Procurement functions, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management to drive financial performance and strategic decisions
  • Utilize your manufacturing experience to drive data-driven recommendations
  • Lead our full financial function ensuring controls are in place
  • Create business cases for growth and capital initiatives
  • Execute business strategy; monitor industry trends and market dynamics for strategic relevance and opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven commercial and strategic finance experience in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in manufacturing cost drivers, operational efficiencies, and performance improvement strategies
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at both operational and strategic levels
