Employment Coach Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking an Employment Coach Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position that will focus on providing employment services to individuals with disabilities, injuries or health conditions.
The successful candidate will have experience in employment coaching and be able to support clients to explore their career goals, build confidence and develop tailored employment plans.
They will also work collaboratively with employers to open doors and provide staffing solutions that fit business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury or health conditions
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Driver's License - essential
