- Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
- Broker work experience to build client skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Prepare workplaces to support and retain clients via adjustments and disability confidence training.
- Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
- Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
- Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience, or a genuine passion, for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers.
Key Requirements- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health condition.
- Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current Driver's License - essential.
