Join Our Career Development Team

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our career development team as a Career Coach. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

Your role will involve understanding the strengths and aspirations of each client, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors. You will also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit.

About This Role
  • Develop and implement personalized career plans for clients to achieve their employment goals
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to clients to improve their job search skills and confidence
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify job opportunities and promote inclusive hiring practices
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employers about the benefits of inclusive employment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development and employment services
Requirements
  • Degree in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
