Renewable Energy Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role in the renewable energy sector, responsible for managing grid connection and balance of plant scopes across multiple large-scale projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a regional team of technical engineers.
  • Optimise project delivery to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Improve internal processes, tools, and resource strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive team development, mentoring and attracting industry-leading talent.
  • Support contract negotiations to secure technically sound, balanced grid solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Systems, Power Electronics or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of power systems modelling tools.
  • Strong understanding of renewable grid interconnection, grid codes, and electrical design.
  • Exposure to BESS, STATCOM, SVC, HVDC or synchronous condenser systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
