The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, providing a welcoming and professional demeanor. This role involves issuing visitor and parking passes, following security protocols, and creating a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and facilities administrative support to employees, guests, and co-workers.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, coordinating and executing workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.

About You:

We are seeking a charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of CBRE. The ideal candidate will be approachable, genuine, and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Outlook skills are required.
