Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community mental health and a solid understanding of the CIMHA system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with a focus on community mental health.
- Utilize CIMHA for effective case management and patient documentation.
- Conduct patient intake and assessments, using your skills to identify needs and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health management and community resources.
Requirements:
- Community mental health experience is essential.
- Knowledge of CIMHA is required.
- Skills in patient intake and assessment are advantageous.
- Experience with Hepatitis A, rural nursing, and community health is preferred but not mandatory.
- AHPRA Registration (must be current)
- National Police Check
- Immunisation History
- Additional Mandatory Trainings
