About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Members and key internal and external stakeholders to support injured workers in safely returning to work.
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure best practice case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in case management, allied health, or return to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience working in a high-performing team environment.
