Senior Case Manager Level 1 – Personal Injury | Sydney

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Personal Injury team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of psychological and mental health claims from inception to finalisation.

About the Role

  • Manage a portfolio of psychological and mental health claims for TMF government agencies.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to meet Allianz's service principles.
  • Determine liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
  • Document claims decisions and utilise claims management systems.
  • Develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
  • Meet key compliance and performance measures.
  • Coach and support newer team members.

About You

  • Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
  • Experience or interest in managing psychological and mental health claims.
  • TMF/Insurance for NSW experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive with a drive to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and adaptability.
