We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Case Management Specialist to join our team based in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing timely and personalized face-to-face claims management and on-the-spot treatment approvals in alignment with legislation.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity that requires you to be on the road servicing your appointed area 4 days per week and working from home 1 day. You will be covering regions including Southwest Metro, Northwest Metro, Central Metro, or Southern area.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven case management experience and ability to return people to the workforce.
  • Knowledge of the NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations
  • Effective listener and conflict resolution skills. Ability to understand the needs of people recovering from a physical or psychological injury and knowledge of what is important to maximise recovery and return to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, written and verbal proficiency.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes.
  • Own vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP rating, insurance & current unrestricted NSW Driver's License.
