Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Assessor to join our team at Insignia Financial. As a Senior Case Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business is a safe and trusted environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough case-level advice review assessments to ensure compliance with our methodology framework.
  • Formulate counterfactuals when inappropriate advice is observed and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in peer reviews of other assessors' outcomes and calculation results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of individual or holistic methodology solutions to enhance our advice review process.
  • Represent assessment views in various forums as necessary to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a high throughput of case production while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a senior case assessor in large-scale structured remediation programs.
  • Significant experience in an advisory role, advice compliance, or professional standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying an assessment methodology framework to distinct and unique cases.
  • Ideal candidate will be RG 146 compliant.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations related to financial services and the provision of advice.
  • Deep understanding of Authorised Representative obligations and responsibilities.
  • Commitment to integrity and honesty.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
