Business Growth Executive

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive sales growth and expansion in the architectural hardware market. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for product sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong business partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions
  • Create and present persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and work requests
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales-related data
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights

About You:

We're looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who is passionate about driving business growth and has a proven track record in sales. While experience in door hardware is an advantage, it's not essential.
