Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to lead complex IT change programs for enterprise clients. Your role will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions and helping solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale IT transformation initiatives as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives to ensure effective governance of programs and facilitate client navigation through change.
  • Manage teams of project managers overseeing 50-300 project members across multiple streams of work.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to deliver major change programs as part of a consortium or as prime contractor.
  • Oversee program financials and schedule management for multi-million dollar projects.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successful delivery with various Federal Government agencies, ideally including Defence.
  • Active NV1 clearance is required.
  • Australian citizenship is necessary.
  • Strong program management skills, working closely with PMO, contract management, account teams, and clients to drive programs on schedule and budget.
