Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage large technology-based programs, ensuring timely delivery on budget and quality. As a seasoned professional, you will collaborate with clients to align stakeholders and maintain transparency in reporting and communication.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple large-scale programs, excellent references, high energy levels, natural team-building skills, and experience in strategic relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure timely delivery on budget and quality.
  • Collaborating with clients to align stakeholders and maintain transparency in reporting and communication.
  • Developing and fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful track record of delivery managing multiple large programs for blue chip clients.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery success.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques.
