IT Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. You will also be responsible for deploying and administering IT systems, including end-user desktops/laptops, computing servers, network equipment, voice and video hardware, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare IT technology and devices for projects, including Tablets, Gaming Laptops, VR headsets, PCs, AV equipment
  • Deploy and administer IT systems in assigned regions
  • Execute software installation and deployment on computing systems
  • Maintain condition software and hardware of IT equipment
  • Ensure clients' needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Promote health and safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

You will also assist in travelling to events in Australia and potentially abroad, working on virtual events online, and providing event technology support on site.
