About the Role

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a skilled and compassionate leader to oversee the management of a community site. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of providing person-centred supports, ensuring effective team operations, and driving customer-centric service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement sustainable strategies, promote Endeavour Foundation's service offerings, and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead through adversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred supports and services that meet individual client requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support.
  • Promote Endeavour Foundation's full suite of services and explore effective customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human services or related field is desirable, or equivalent experience managing site-based services within the disability sector.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching individuals to provide person-centred supports, including for people with complex requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards for Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, and NDIS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to hold or obtain relevant checks and clearances, such as Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Criminal History Check.
