Job Title: Site Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-focused Site Director to lead our commercial laundry operation in Hervey Bay. As a senior leader, you will set the strategic direction for the site, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the strategic direction for the site, translating business priorities into clear plans and outcomes.

  • Commercial & Customer Ownership: Manage customer relationships, pricing, and service delivery outcomes to maximise revenue, margin, and customer retention.

  • Operational Governance: Oversee functional performance across production, logistics, maintenance, and support functions, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met.

  • Change Management & Business Improvement: Lead site-based initiatives to improve systems, workflows, cost structures, and employee engagement, delivering sustainable outcomes through structured change and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or operations management role.
  • Experience in industrial laundry, hospitality services, or a similar process-driven environment is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications in Business, Operations, Engineering, WHS, or a related discipline (desirable).
