With new projects launching across Hervey Bay and Wide Bay Region, we're looking for Site and Project Engineers to join the team. Shadforth offers long-term career opportunities and is committed to supporting the growth and professional development of its employees. You'll play a key role in delivering a diverse scope of works, including bulk earthworks, roadworks, pipeworks, and civil infrastructure for both private clients and government agencies.

key responsibilities will be:
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost management and reporting
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
  • Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
  • Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
