Facilities Maintenance Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in maintaining public and operational areas at the Kemerton Lithium Plant in Wellesley.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, committed to long-term employment, and meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Be able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 4 hours
  • Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests

Duties include maintaining cleanliness standards specific to a processing plant, managing waste disposal, spot cleaning, mopping, sweeping, sanitising toilet facilities, and cleaning internal and external glass surfaces.

Tasks are performed in an industrial setting, requiring attention to safety and cleanliness standards.
