Key Responsibilities- Be the CORE Operating System business partner for the program or enterprise.
- Manage the implementation and reporting of the program's contracted Capability, Innovations and Efficiencies (CI&E) services.
- Assist in establishing processes (including business-to-business) by facilitating workshops to agree responsibilities of all stakeholders, develop flow diagrams, establish definitions, and then document and release the processes.
- Establish and implement a process review schedule to continuously improve the data collection process to advance process maturity.
- Establish and implement mitigation strategies to overcome potential problems, where analysis is demonstrating an unfavourable outcome.
- Liaise and coordinate with all program or enterprise stakeholders on the CI&E program.
- Promote and develop a continuous improvement culture across the program or enterprise, including conducting training and workshops to drive change. Drive value stream mapping to define "As-Is Analysis" and the transition to future state.
- Support Kaizen facilitation.
- Identify and improve the outcomes of operational processes to improve efficiencies.
- University degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a collaborative enterprise environment.
- Previous experience in a Continuous Improvement, Project Lead or Asset Management position.
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present professionally to various stakeholder groups directly or in virtual meeting forums.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence security clearance.
- Availability to undertake travel where necessary to meet project requirements.
A background in the defence industry enhanced by knowledge in military systems, Asset Management, sustainment and operational programs will be highly advantageous.
