About the Role

We are seeking a volunteer to assist our team in providing casework support to clients who are navigating complex circumstances. This may include preparing resources, data entry, supporting employment workshops, and attending outreach appointments with caseworkers and clients.

You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their self-identified goals while maintaining confidentiality and safe practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about social justice and wants to gain valuable experience working in a humanitarian setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and administrative support to our team, including preparing resources and data entry.
  • Assist with employment workshops and attend outreach appointments with caseworkers and clients.
  • Support clients in achieving their self-identified goals while maintaining confidentiality and safe practice.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; comfort with diverse backgrounds; willingness to learn.
  • Lived experience of migration, multilingual abilities, or interest in social justice is highly valued.
  • Ongoing training and supervision in migration support work.

Location and Availability
