About Our Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in the Canberra area. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to enhance the independence, health and wellbeing of older Australians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
  • Help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility and confidence to remain living at home.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team guided by our holistic approach to empower clients to live their best possible lives at home.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in occupational therapy with current registration.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess OT needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community.
  • Postgraduate experience across various aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
