About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at KINNECT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workplace rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Workplace Rehabilitation Services: You will work with injured workers to develop and implement return-to-work plans, providing support and guidance to help them achieve optimal health and well-being.
  • Conduct Workplace Assessments: You will visit workplaces to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to prevent injuries and promote a safe working environment.
  • Provide Clinical Expertise: You will provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing, and work with treating doctors and health professionals to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
  • Partner with Organizations: You will work with various organizations to deliver a range of services, including pre-employment assessments, job dictionary development, manual task risk assessments, and ergonomic assessments.
Requirements
  • Professional Accreditation: You must be currently registered with AHPRA, ESSA accredited, or ASORC/RCAA accredited.
  • Analytical Expertise: You must have excellent analytical and report writing skills.
  • Team Collaboration: You must be able to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
