Job Overview

This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for High Net Worth and B2B audiences/brands across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will be involved in large-scale projects, sponsorships, and bespoke content development with open collaboration across multiple business units and autonomy to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and defining strategies to achieve acquisition, activation, and retention targets
  • Working on key partnerships, including Forbes and St Kilda events
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team, agency partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Delivering monthly and quarterly reports and day-to-day performance management
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B or HNW space, and a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated experience with event management and agency relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Chinese language skills beneficial for supporting Chinese-speaking audiences
  • A personable individual with strong stakeholder management skills and a 'get-it-done' attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in Australia full-time without sponsorship
