Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead best-in-class digital marketing execution across the full funnel.

You will drive campaign strategy, build and optimize paid media, and ensure our digital presence is tightly aligned with our ambitious growth goals.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech environment and brings a holistic digital marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, Linked In, Amazon Ads, and other platforms.
  • Full Funnel Digital Marketing: Develop and execute strategies across owned (website, email, content), paid (digital ads), and earned (social, PR, influencer) channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and structured experiments to improve performance across the funnel—from ad creative and audience targeting to landing page experience and conversion.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics, flag anomalies, and apply optimizations based on trends.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular campaign and creative performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Strategic Support: Support the Head of Paid and broader marketing team on ad hoc projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong Meta and Google Ads expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full digital marketing funnel: owned (website, email, content), paid (ads), and earned (social, PR, influencer).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with ability to analyze and organize campaign data.
  • Experience with budget management, performance pacing, and ROI optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation.
  • Collaborative and effective at working cross-functionally with creative, content, and strategy teams.
