Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Support Workers to join our team in Sydney. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality personal care services to clients in their own homes;
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients;
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Aged & Disability qualifications or experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • High level of physical fitness and mobility.
