Early childhood recruitment specialists play a vital role in addressing the workforce crisis affecting Australia's Early Education and Care sector. This issue has severe consequences, as it deprives children and families of critical support during their formative years, particularly in vulnerable communities.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can make a meaningful contribution to this field. The ideal candidate will be someone who is deeply understanding of the unique challenges facing the Early Education and Care sector and is passionate about empowering employees to feel valued and supported.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in early education and care recruitment, with a proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
As a not-for-profit organization, we prioritize innovation and employee development. We offer a dynamic working environment where you can grow professionally and personally. Our commitment to supporting our team members is reflected in our comprehensive benefits package, which includes flexible working conditions, a supportive workplace culture, four weeks annual leave, and additional paid leave over Christmas. We also provide access to EAP services and opportunities for professional growth.
If you are a motivated and dedicated professional who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role. You must be residing in and eligible to work in Australia. Unfortunately, this position is not eligible for sponsorship.
