Administrative Support Opportunity

This role focuses on providing administrative assistance to the maintenance operations team.

  • Gathering information for submitting work orders
  • Creating work orders in a specialized system
  • Maintaining accurate invoicing data
  • Supporting paperwork and permits for site users
  • Assisting with pass office requirements
  • Maintaining records of compliance
  • Managing service contracts

This position requires a strong focus on delivering services safely, efficiently, and client-centrically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data extraction and reporting
  • General administrative duties
  • Condition monitoring reports
  • Managing a busy inbox

A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration support role is required. SAP experience is highly regarded. Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency are necessary. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, communication skills, and organizational skills are also required.
