We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Growth Expert to join our team and lead the development of innovative growth programs that connect game studios with players in new ways.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to build scalable growth programs, experiment with new offerings, and develop long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth environment, with a strong track record of building relationship-driven programs and forming long-term relationships with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

The B2B Growth Expert will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B Growth Product strategy, managing programs end-to-end from concept through execution and measurement, and analysing performance data to refine programs for greater impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the B2B Growth Product strategy to accelerate growth across existing products and new products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, partners, and agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams to design, test, and launch new growth products.
  • Manage programs end-to-end from concept through execution and measurement.
  • Analyse performance data and continuously refine programs for greater impact.
