The Role:

We're seeking a technically strong and creatively driven Growth Hacker with proven B2B marketing experience and expertise in campaign strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube. You'll be responsible for designing and running integrated performance marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads, build brand authority, and drive measurable ROI. This role is based in our Sydney office and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube targeting key B2B audiences
• Develop and manage full-funnel campaign strategies, landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting funnels
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, messaging, CTAs, and audience segments to maximise performance
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools
• Leverage the latest AI-driven marketing and campaign optimisation tools to enhance efficiency and targeting
• Collaborate with our sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Generate actionable reports, insights, and dashboards using GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies

About You:

• 3–5+ years of B2B digital marketing and campaign management experience
• Proven ability to manage and scale high-performing ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, keyword optimisation, and landing page performance
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads
• Familiar with AI tools for content creation, performance optimisation, and campaign automation (e.g., Jasper, , Mutiny, , etc.)
• Highly analytical, results-oriented, and detail-focused
• Strong communication and copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages
• Able to work full-time from our Sydney office and contribute to a high-energy, collaborative culture
