We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to create a fun and engaging learning environment for children aged 0-6 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality educational programs tailored to individual children's needs;
- Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere;
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjust programs accordingly;
- Collaborate with other Educators to plan and deliver educational programs and activities;
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children by adhering to quality standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
- Hold experience working with children aged 0-6 years;
- Demonstrate effective reading, writing, and communication skills;
- Be available to work a rotating shift, Monday to Friday;
- Meet mandatory reporting requirements and adhere to child safety standards.
