Salary: This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, plus superannuation and bonus opportunities.
Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Personalised Rehabilitation Plans: Create tailored rehabilitation plans to support clients' recovery and return-to-work journey, including activities of daily living.
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify clients' needs and barriers to recovery, including functional capacity assessments.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
- Set Realistic Goals: Establish achievable goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and compliance with industry standards.
- Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, empowering them to navigate the rehabilitation process with confidence.
- On-Site Assessments: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate work environments and recommend modifications to facilitate clients' return to work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
