We are looking for Occupational Therapists to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the child and family team in Sydney.
This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.
As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:

- Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
- Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs
- You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor
Our salary package includes an attractive remuneration (approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum) based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.
We offer flexible working options, enjoying calendar control and creating a week that works for you. Growth opportunities are endless, exploring clinical mentoring/education or operational leadership career pathways.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
