Occupational Therapy Team Lead in Western Sydney

Star HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team in Western Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to shape the clinical skills of junior therapists and provide quality services to clients.
The role involves undertaking assessments, providing clinical supervision, and working collaboratively with the OT Director. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own clinical skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
This is a rewarding role that offers a generous salary package, including up to $120K base pay + super, plus a range of benefits and career progression opportunities. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the next generation of occupational therapists and shaping their clinical skills in a low-pressure environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about facilitating meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities and their families. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to work with and support junior therapists, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (with AHPRA registration)
- Paediatric NDIS experience
- Current driver's license and car
- Working with Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid training
