Payroll Specialist Position

This role focuses on supporting the effective management of payroll operations within an organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting various awards and enterprise agreements.

To excel in this position, you must be proficient in Excel and have a proven track record of working on multiple payroll projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate monitoring of super contributions, PAYG, and other deductions via the payroll system.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues through process flow interrogation.
  • Maintain the integrity of systems integration by adhering to up-to-date payroll legislation.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, with a focus on effective governance and controls.
  • Analyze configuration settings to optimize structures.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive process change.
  • Guarantee data security and integrity.
