Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Design and execute projects of varying complexity, focusing on fire protection systems for different types of buildings.
  • Participate in the development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems or products for building and infrastructure fire systems.
  • Lead a design team through the entire project life cycle, supporting the team in client meetings, collaborating with other disciplines and consultants, coordinating site service and electrical requirements, and performing field reviews.
  • Understand regulatory and building code requirements and adhere to responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience providing fire protection engineering services in the building industry.
  • An Australian Qualifications Framework – Bachelor Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant NSW Design Practitioner Registrations for Fire Systems.
