This key role ensures the efficient delivery of fire maintenance services across commercial, residential, government, and industrial sites.
The Role:As a Fire Protection Liaison Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in scheduling technicians, managing compliance documentation, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts to ensure seamless fire protection services.
- Manage service requests and communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs.
- Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using industry-leading software.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, defects, and compliance reports to support informed decision-making.
- Support technicians with job planning and parts ordering to optimize efficiency.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven experience in a Fire Service Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of fire compliance, testing, and maintenance schedules is highly desirable.
