Fire Protection Liaison Specialist

This key role ensures the efficient delivery of fire maintenance services across commercial, residential, government, and industrial sites.

The Role:

As a Fire Protection Liaison Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in scheduling technicians, managing compliance documentation, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts to ensure seamless fire protection services.
  • Manage service requests and communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs.
  • Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using industry-leading software.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, defects, and compliance reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Support technicians with job planning and parts ordering to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Fire Service Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Understanding of fire compliance, testing, and maintenance schedules is highly desirable.
