Job Overview

We are seeking a User Experience Research Lead to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. As a key member of our UX research team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of research projects to inform strategic decisions and ensure business impact.

You will work closely with Product teams to deliver actionable insights that drive product design, user experience, product direction, and market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field, and 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.

The role requires experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods, as well as quantitative research techniques such as metrics, survey design, sampling, analysis, and negotiation with external research vendors.

You will be able to communicate complex research findings to diverse stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data, and possess strong storytelling and communication skills to describe user problems and business opportunities.

Requirements
  • A Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains
  • Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods, as well as quantitative research techniques
