Are you an expert in user experience research looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior UX Researcher. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading research initiatives to uncover user needs and drive the creation of exceptional products that resonate with our consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research initiatives (plan, formulate, and undertake) to discover problems, define solutions, and validate concepts and prototypes with our customers.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of different research methods, their strengths, and limitations, and know when and how to apply them at each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Utilise quantitative data analysis and statistical techniques as part of a mixed methods approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align research efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, user research sessions, stakeholder interviews, and research critique sessions.
  • Translate research insights into strategic recommendations to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering successful design research projects, with expertise in qualitative approaches for problem validation, foundational research, and strategic research.
  • Experience in leading design research methodology, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders and/or customers and using various ideation techniques.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across different levels in the organisation, as well as with our B2B customers.
