Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Research Manager to join our Product Growth Supergroup.

About the Role

The User Experience Research Manager will lead a team of researchers, focusing on conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and product strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior and experience, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.

  • Prioritize research initiatives across the Supergroup, identifying gaps in knowledge and developing research roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and manage a team of 3+ researchers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are actionable and influential in product and business decision-making.
Responsibilities

This position involves:

  1. Leading research projects that tie to company-wide goals, increasing user understanding and identifying key product opportunities.
  2. Developing and executing research plans, including partnering with external vendors.
  3. Elevating research findings into actionable insights that drive design and business decisions.
  4. Influencing senior leadership with research-based recommendations.
