Customer Service Professional

We are looking for someone who can deliver high-quality customer service, handle complex queries, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Liaise with vulnerable people, including those who may present with complex needs
- Undertake various administrative tasks, such as booking appointments, maintaining records, and providing adhoc support to other teams as required
The ideal candidate will have relevant skills and experience in working with diverse customer groups, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
