We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new customers.

Job Summary
  • Acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service
  • Promote the centre's services and programs to customers
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys helping people achieve their goals.

Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.

About the Role

The Member Services Officer plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing membership sales and customer inquiries
  • Providing information and assistance to customers on club facilities and services
  • Contributing to the development of new business opportunities and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
