Customer Service Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in person, assisting them as they explore our product displays, collaborate with our on-site manufacturing team, spend time managing quotes and orders, and venture out to customer properties to do on-site measures for custom products.
- Provide information about our product ranges, take ownership of the journey from start to finish - assisting customers in selecting the right products for their needs, entering quotes, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth order coordination and delivery.
You will thrive in this role if you have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
