Job Description

The Guest Experience Agent role is a key position within the Front Office Department, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our hotel guests.

This includes checking in and out of guests, maintaining their accounts, taking reservations when required, and providing exceptional customer service to address all guest inquiries and direct internal and external phone calls.

Ambassadors for the hotel, our Guest Experience Agents must create a welcoming impression at all times, supporting guests with our new generation food options and exceeding expectations through energetic customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and software packages
  • Experience with OPERA Software or similar
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Positive attitude and an energetic personality
  • Articulate and confident communication skills
  • Potential for career growth and development in hospitality management
