About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to lead our railway signalling projects in NSW. Based in Sydney, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver rail projects across Australia.

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and partners in the delivery and execution of works assigned to their area. You will also coordinate and interface with other disciplines and project functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with the pre-planning and tendering process to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review and approve resource, scoped works, and sub-partner packages.
  • Lead and mentor delivery teams, supporting trade resources and management personnel in the execution of works.
  • Develop and monitor daily prestart and coordination meetings to ensure a coordinated approach in delivery.
  • Implement the LOR HSEMS system and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the development of work packs and understand deliverables across all functions.
  • Organise work sequences to be safe, productive, and efficient.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction delivering major projects with a focus on signalling, signalling civils, communications, and electrical works.
