Global Freight Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced freight manager to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our operations and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the lifecycle of international freight.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continue to provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients worldwide.
- Communicate with overseas partners to negotiate rates with external providers.
- Carry out face-to-face meetings with clients to ensure we meet their individual requirements.
- Provide logistics solutions for international transportation problems.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
- Ensure cargo availability and delivery meets customer needs.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in international freight management with a focus on client services.
- Minimum two years in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- A proactive, can-do approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Possess a flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
