Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing first impressions of our office, coordinating hospitality requests, directing calls, arranging security access, mail management, and transportation bookings.

  • Provide world-class customer service to clients and visitors

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to be a team player with a professional and welcoming approach, as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Corporate Reception or Guest Services role
  • Immaculately presented and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
