As a strategic growth leader, we're seeking an experienced Grants and Foundations Manager to cover maternity leave.

This leadership role drives the success of grants and philanthropy streams. You'll identify and secure funding from trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies to support our mission and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies with the Fundraising and Partnerships team.
  • Identifying organisational funding needs and implementing targeted strategies to secure financial support for key priorities.
  • Building strong relationships with grant-makers, funders, and philanthropic partners to enhance engagement and long-term support.

Additionally, you'll advocate for policy and process changes to ensure alignment with long-term financial sustainability and growth objectives.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least three years of experience in grant writing and fundraising.
  • Expert knowledge of the grants sector and a proven track record of identifying and securing funding.
  • A knack for crafting compelling grant proposals and communicating impact.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital—and a collaborative approach.
