**Be challenged and imagine with us**:
As Grants Funding Officer, you will play a key role in helping researchers identify national and international funding. You'll provide strategic advice, identify and promote funding opportunities, and manage communications and resources that keep researchers informed.

In this role you will:

- Identify and disseminate key research funding opportunities through targeted communication, including a fortnightly newsletter and curated web resources.
- Coordinate and manage internal Expressions of Interest processes for limited-submission grant schemes.
- Develop and maintain digital resources, including SharePoint and the Research Hub, to support grant-seeking activity.
- This position is a part time (0.4 FTE), fixed term job share, until July 2027. It will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).**How will you inspire us?**:
You will have:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Australian and international research funding landscape, with experience supporting research grant development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-level materials and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex environment.

**What we offer**:
The remuneration for this position is from $93,929 to $103,641 pro-rated + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
